I SPENT MY BIRTHDAY WITH ANANDA & NATHAN. LOOK AT THIS SWEET, GLUTEN-FREE BIRTHDAY TREAT!
OF COURSE WE HAD LUNCH FIRST. ANANDA MADE SPRING ROLLS WITH TOFU, BABY GREENS, FINE RICE NOODLES (CALLED "RICE STICKS"), CUCUMBERS AND MINT, WITH PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE. WOW, SUCH A NICE MEAL!
AFTER I OPENED MY LOVELY PRESENTS, WE DROVE TO NEWPORT FOR A WALK ALONG THE BEACH CLIFFS.
